Jamaica High School students and staff spent a great day at the Alley Pond in Queens, NY. According to an article posted on NewsBlaze.com, Jamaica educator Rosemarie Slaymaker learned about the adventure program and challenge course, created by Project Adventure, Inc. for New York City Urban Park Rangers, while walking her dog in Alley Pond Park.
You can read about their day and see great photos. Also learn about how Jamaica High School looks forward to implementing Project Adventure programming in their Physical Education programs in the Fall.
